Privacy policy
Last updated October 4, 2026
This policy explains what Stackworks ("we", "us") collects when you use stackworks.sh, talk to Wilson (our AI operator), book a call or email us, and what we do with it. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- Your conversation with Wilson. The messages you type or say, and the operating brief Wilson writes from them.
- Contact details you give us. Name, business name, email and phone number, if you choose to share them.
- Files you upload in the chat, such as a logo, a menu or a spreadsheet.
- Voice. If you use voice, your microphone audio is streamed for live transcription while voice mode is on. We keep the text of what you said, not the audio.
- Booking details. The time you pick and how you'd like to meet.
- Basic technical data such as your browser type and IP address, which our hosting and security providers process to deliver the site and block abuse. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits.
How we use it
- To answer you, write your operating brief, and prepare for and hold your call.
- To send emails you asked for: your brief, booking confirmations and call reminders.
- To follow up about the work you asked us about.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising. We don't use your conversations to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
We use a small set of service providers, each only for the job described:
- AI model providers (Anthropic, accessed through OpenRouter) to generate Wilson's replies.
- ElevenLabs for live speech-to-text and Wilson's voice when you use voice mode.
- Resend to deliver email.
- Cloudflare for network delivery, security and email forwarding.
How long we keep it
We keep conversations, briefs and contact details for as long as they're useful for the work you asked about, and up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. You can stop reminder emails by replying to any of them. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we'll honor them.
Children
stackworks.sh is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
