Terms of use
Last updated October 4, 2026
These terms cover your use of stackworks.sh and your conversations with Wilson. Paid work with Stackworks is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
Wilson is an AI
Wilson is an AI operator. It can be wrong. Its replies and the operating brief it writes are a starting point for a conversation with the lab, not a quote, contract, or professional, legal, tax or financial advice. Prices and scope are only set in writing after a call.
Using the site
- Use the site for its intended purpose: telling us about your business and booking time with the lab.
- Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, or anything unlawful.
- Don't try to break, overload, scrape or misuse the site or Wilson, or use them to generate content for other purposes.
- We may limit or block use that looks automated or abusive.
Your content
What you tell Wilson and upload stays yours. You give us permission to use it to respond to you, prepare your brief and do the work you ask about, as described in our privacy policy.
Bookings
Call times are offered in good faith. If we need to move a call we'll tell you as early as we can, and you can reschedule or cancel by replying to any booking email.
Our content
The site's design, text, images and software belong to Stackworks or its licensors. Don't copy them without permission.
No warranty; limits
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Stackworks isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or relying on Wilson's replies, and our total liability for anything related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
